Michael Slobodow

I completed my MBA in Finance from New York Institute of Technology after obtaining my BBA in Accounting from Florida International University. I spent years in the private sector holding Senior Management Positions with companies like Macy’s, ABC and CFO of Dean & DeLuca and Carmines.

I have 45 years of experience helping clients with financial solutions. I started my business because it allows me to help clients achieve their goals. Knowing that by working with people I can make dynamic improvements to their financial situations motivates me every day.

I work with numerous accounting options to best serve clients needs. I have extensive knowledge in the areas of employer-sponsored and individual retirement plans, debt management, college education planning, and life insurance analysis.

Debbiann Haberkern

Debbiann Haberkern is the co-owner of Feverish Pace Painting alongside her husband, John Haberkern, and the design coordinator behind Designs in Mind. Since 2020, she and John have proudly lived and worked exclusively in Babcock Ranch, serving the community they are grateful to call home.

As Community Relations Coordinator with the Referral Alliance, Debbiann enjoys connecting with local business owners and helping bring everyone together through community events and shared opportunities. She works closely with businesses and the HOA to help create ways for neighbors to meet, support one another, and build lasting relationships.

Debbiann truly loves being part of this committee because it allows her to give back, meet incredible people, and help make Babcock Ranch feel even more like home for everyone.

Conley Black

Your standard corporate washout, Conley spent years building and growing other peoples’ companies. After moving to Babcock Ranch to ‘start over’ and recover from his corporate burnout he and his wife saw the opportunity that Babcock Ranch provides and decided to invest in the town in every way possible. They live a hectic quiet life with their four children and, of course, Daisy the family French Bulldog.

Michael Ricker

Michael Ricker is the founder of Management Specialties Web Services, LLC, which he launched in 1995 after transitioning from a corporate management career to entrepreneurship. He has developed and managed more than 100 business websites and has been recognized with the Metro North Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year Award, as well as developing websites for two episodes of Extreme Makeover Home Edition. In 2015, Michael launched GetMoreOnlineReviews.com (GMOR), a review management platform that helps businesses generate, monitor, and market customer reviews, which is now his primary focus as online reputation has become a critical driver of business visibility and trust.
